Pl Sgt, Waterloo Coy, ATR(G)

Army Reserve Phase 1 Section Commander / Instructor; responsibilities include:

1.  Lead and manage a team.

2.  Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.

3.  Develop, advise and support subordinates and junior officers.

4.  Maintain health and safety in the workspace.

5.  Manage subordinate discipline, support subordinate development and deliver career advice / management.

6.  Deliver in barracks / business process, ensuring maintenance of standards of efficiency.

7.  Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.

8.  Deputise for the Pl Comd as required.

Basic Care of Trainee (DLE Cse)

Advanced Care of Trainee within 6-Months of Appt.

DTc(A) or equivalent.

AASAA Inst (Qualified or available to complete within 6-months of assignment).

SA(K) 18  (Qualified or available to complete within 6-months of assignment).

DCCT System Operator.

AA Drill Inst (Basic).

Army Trainer Mentor.

Mental Resilience Inst.

ATR(G) is Regional Army Reserve unit based out of Grantham.

Waterloo Coy does not conduct Training Nights and there is no assured event liability due to the nature of the role. Certificate of efficiency and associated bounty will be awarded on achievement of ALL mandatory training requirements and meeting the minimum commitment of 27 x RSD over the training year.  Up to 44 x RSD will allocated to the Appt annually to enable the delivery Army Reserve CMS FS serials. 

Evening and weekend work will be required.
