Qualifications:Qualifications:Communicate the values, ethos and career opportunities of the British Army to selected undergraduates.
2. Plan and execute training process, in accordance with RMAS modular syllabus in preparation for all RMAS Commissioning Courses and modules, as well as Army Officer Selection Boards, as per the CO's Directive.
3. Under the direction of the OC UOTC and Unit 2IC; monitor welfare, personal / career development, training progress and career development of OCdts under (training Coy/Sqn) command.
4. Under the supervision of the OC, deliver an inspirational programme to OCdts and support the OC in assessing OCdts including all written work for module assessments and AOSB reports.
5. Carry out administrative tasks as required, assisting with meeting all the Unit management checks as per the Battle-Rhythm. Support wider Coy and Unit outputs such as; organising sports or Adventure Training events /expeditions/ competitions, Special-to-arm competitions and recruiting or detachment opportunities. Attend all coy-led training and specified unit activities to include; key social events, Ex NORTHERN LIGHTS competition and Officers' Mess events.
6. Encourage and inspire OCdts to join the Army Reserves or Regular Army as a role model and leader.
7. To assist with the planning, execution, and recording of annual training output summative assessments and certificate of efficiency training tests.
8. Any other duties as directed by the CO and OC.
