RRMT SNCO (13734)

FTRS (HC), evening and weekend working required: 
1. Pro-active in seeking out and generating attendance at recruiting/engagement events nationwide that are appropriate to find infrastructure specialists suitable for service in the RE Works Groups as reservists.
2. Provide support to other recruiting/engagement agencies; RG/Capita, regional brigades and RE Corps Engagement Team (CET).
3. Provide support to the RRMT and engagement events and activities.
4. Coordinate the Attract Team ensuring appropriate levels of resources and materials are available for recruiting/engagement events nationwide.
5. Maintain MI for all recruiting events and activities and provide reports and returns as necessary.
6. Manage and mentor potential applicants and handover to the ReMSOs on application.
7. Ensure all RRMT Attract Team members are fully trained for their role and maintain records.
8. Provide cover for the ReMSOs in their absence.

RE or experience in RE Units (to understand trades, strucutre, etc)
Experience of recruiting
Experience of Reserve Units.
