Vacancy detail

1.  Conduct a RAMP warm up and cool down for both RFT (E) & the ITs; oversee the full delivery of RFT (E). 2.  Complete SRM training and implement risk assessments for all physical training activities. 3.  Prepare all assessment locations for use as required; for both weekday, weekend boards and briefings. 4.  Provide first aid cover for all activities; organise further medical treatment as required, process accident reports. 5.  Collate, record, and publish RFT (E) results for the President and Chief of Staff. 6.  Provide advice and guidance to all AOSB staff on the Army Physical Training System (Level 1 - 3 PT); including conducing SCR and BCM and populating FISS. Advice should also be provided and published on Sport. AT and Health and Wellbeing. A standing member of the UHC and with the Health Trainer qual be able to support any staff at risk on BCM. 7.  Be prepared to deputise for the Training SM or other Board SNCOs in periods of absence and assist with the running of the AOSB computer and paper-based tests. 8. Other tasks as directed in support of AOSB activity.
Must be able to make sound judgements on candidates' issues as the key contact with them and acts in loco parentis. Must uphold the Army core values and set a good example to candidates.
Must also be smart with good powers of expression, a pleasant personality and confident.    Must present a professional image that reflects the standards of the Army and AOSB.
