RAF Reserves Position at 605 Sqn, RAF Cosford, for a Sergeant Logs (MTD) to serve on PTVR Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS).

JOB TITLE:                                                                    SNCO MT

A vacancy has arisen for a Sergeant Logistics MTD to serve as SNCO MT at 605 Sqn, RAF Cosford on PTVR Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS).

SNCO MT will assist OC Logs Flt in the co-ordination, management and development of the Sqn PTVR MT Cadre. They will ensure trained PTVR ARs and JNCOs are sufficiently prepared to undertake their trade duties, on mobilisation or routine support days, through a programme of imaginative Trg scenarios, OJT and trade related exercises.

Applicants of an equivalent rank from sister Services may apply but will only be accepted into RAuxAF service if an appropriate trade sponsor can be identified to sponsor the applicant. Trade sponsor approval must be agreed before recruitment/transfer takes place.

Must either have been, or currently be, a substantive Sergeant.

Have passed any prescribed trade examinations and any other conversion/further training courses required or set by the competent authority.

Understand or be willing to embrace the TG6 Reserve Trg pipeline.

Experience of working with Reserves.

Training Experience.
