Role: RQMS Oxford UOTC

Domestic Considerations: This is an FTRS(LC) role. Within commutable distance of Oxford. Expected to work Tuesday training nights and Easter (5 days) and Summer Camp deployments (10 days).

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to the QM for the daily Management, control or issue, receipt, storage, disposal of equipment and maintaining of the Equipment Table, Miscellaneous Stores Account, Clothing Account, Expense Account and Loan Stores Account.
2. Assist the QM in Health and Safety matters, managing the Falklands House SHEF policy within the QM Department.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day management and training of civilian stores staff.
4. MJDI UAA and lead on all MJDI matters.
5. Unit Manual Handling Instructor.
6. Responsible to the QM for stores and equipment matters delegated to him and the correct accounting of all material held by the unit, including that the managerial checks programme is adhered to (including reconciliation action if required).
7. Oversee and advise on Sub Account holders in running their accounts.
8. Preparation of all paperwork, including Asset Adjustments (CIVs, CRVs), 998s and Board Of Officers as directed.
9. Responsible to the QM for the repair of equipments through Workshops (less vehicles).
10. Fully support training as directed by the CO or QM on his behalf

RQMS course
UNICOM/MJDI course qualified
Driving Quals - Any
G4 computer platform experience
Phase 1 or 2 Training Environment experience
