Task requirements

We have a number of Inf Sgt posts available within the Battalion. If you would like to discuss prior to submitting an application please feel free to do so.

Command, Lead, Administer & Career Manage an Inf Pl in barracks, during training/exercise & preparing them for operations in the UK or overseas.

Maintain current Army values & Standards.

Required to support Training Nights and week-end activities and the Annual Deployment Exercise.

Essential competencies

Infantry qualified PSBC - SCBC.

Literacy & Numeracy Level 2.

ALDP/CLM qualified.

SNCO Experience within an Infantry Coy.

Desirable competencies

Computer skills in Excel/Word.

Selection Process

Boarding Process / Interview.
