Troop Commander (Tp Comd) - 201 Transport Sqn (Bedford)
Command, lead and manage a CST Tp in barracks and on operations. Responsibilities include:
Command Tp as per Unit’s objectives/ mission.
Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
Career management of all personnel under their command.
Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC.
Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
Take up a secondary role within Sports, AT, the Mess or other extra-curricular activity.
RLC Troop Commanders' Course
IT / O365 Literate
201 Transport Sqn is part of a Regional Army Reserve unit based out of Bedford ARC.
Annual Bounty will be awarded on achievement of mandatory training requirements.
Commitment is a minimum of 27 RSD with an additional 21 ST allocated to the Appt annually.
Evening and weekend work will be required.
