Assist the Commanding Officer on all Physical Development matters, including unit policy development, risk assessments, standing orders and delivery, assurance and mentorship of unit Army Reserve Physical Training Instructors (specifically concentrating on succession planning within sub-unit commands).
Assist with any Health & Well being initiatives for both the unit and the Physical Development Regional Point of Contact. This is to include organising the annual unit health fair, attending the unit health committee meeting as well as Hell & Well being forums and workshops that the unit feel will benefit their soldiers.
Encourage and participate in sport, the Royal Army Physical Training Corps Reservist will be expected to organise sporting and Adventurous Training events (provided they are qualified) for both the unit and the Physical Development Regional Point of Contact.
CIMPSPA Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training or equivalent (this will be looked at on a case by case basis)
High Level of Fitness
High level of discipline, integrity, confidence, leadership, motivation and work ethic
Level 4 or 5 qualification in human performance/sports related subject.
Sport/AT background.
CMI Level 4.
