There are many opportunities for SNCOs within 3 R WELSH, we have locations in Cardiff, Swansea, Pontypridd, and North Wales (Wrexham and Colwyn Bay). We have positions in the following fields:

Platoon Sergeant.

Essential competencies

Depending on the role with depend on the competencies, but we will be able to assist and aid you in the correct qualifications for whichever job you choose.

Desirable competencies

Driving Licence

PSBC.

Qualifying SNCO Cse for Trade.

Selection Process

Telephone interview with the local PSAO/RCMO.
